Enter the safe, beautiful salt room at Earth Salt Stone & have a seat in an anti-gravity chair. Take an opportunity to engage in conversation, experience a meditation to reconnect to your inner child and engage in playfulness through led techniques like laughter yoga, dance, and more. This is an all-accessible class that is for every BODY and EVERYbody! This is not a yoga specific based workshop, no yoga experience is needed, and this can all be done in a chair if you’d like.
