Intro to Breathwork: Awakening the Breath, Reconnecting with Self: A gentle, educational, and experiential workshop. Join breathwork facilitator Kurt Rogers of Activated Awakening, for a heart-centered introduction to the power of the breath. This 120-minute workshop is designed for those new to breathwork as well as anyone seeking more peace, clarity, and connection in their life. Through a blend of guided practices, gentle education, and experiential breathing techniques, participants will learn how to use the breath to regulate the nervous system, release tension, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body. You’ll be guided through foundational breath techniques—including Box Breathing, 4-7-8, and Heart-Centered Breath—and experience a short conscious connected breathwork journey, followed by time for journaling, integration, and optional group sharing. Expect to leave feeling grounded, centered, and more in tune with yourself. No prior experience with breathwork is necessary—just a willingness to breathe and be present.
